There is a high specialization of labor in them, a concentration of small productive units, they show a trend towards informality, a use of social relations and social capital, etc. (Maza et al, 2011) that are a key factor for economic success since it facilitates access to family or community resources. On the other hand, Chávez (2013) pays special attention to the characteristic social and cultural environments, which are reproduced in the productive sphere and which largely explain the employer, the worker and the labor dynamics that give meaning to the rescued data. in the survey. In this document we discuss the results of the survey applied to 63 textile entrepreneurs from the community of San Miguel el Alto in the State of Jalisco (in western Mexico).
