Abstract

This review outlines - succinctly - the main aspects of a book that is fundamental to understanding the geopolitical importance of Latin America in general, and of Colombian territory in particular, in the context of the war for the control of resources and energy, which is headed by the imperialism of the United States (USA).

Adrian Camilo Cabrera Solarte, UNILA/ GIEPTALC/ OSACC

Master in Public Policies and Development by the Universidade Federal da Integração Latino-Americana (UNILA) and Bacharel in Relações Internacionais e Integração pela mesma universidade. Currently, he is a member of the Social Observatory of Central America and the Caribbean (OSACC) and participates in the Interdisciplinary Group of Studies and Research on Capitais Transnacionais, Estado, dominant Classes e conflitividade na América Latina e Caribe (GIEPTALC). We have experiences in the areas of International Relations with links to Latin America.
